This luxury, fully-equipped and air-conditioned apartment is ideal for golfers, non-golfers and families and is situated on La Tercia Golf Resort. With a secure terrace patio garden the apartment over-looks the golf course and is within easy walking distance of the commercial centre, the clubhouse bar and restaurant, in beautiful landscaped gardens with spectacular mountain views, a shared pool, and with a private parking space.
Included in the price (for the apartment, not per person) is all bedlinen, and towels, electricity, and gas. There is a final cleaning fee of €65 collected at the resort. No hidden extras.

Inexpensive flights to Murcia airport (only about 20 minutes from the apartment) or Alicante airport (about 60 minutes from the apartment) are available from most British airports.
We are offering you a superb fully equipped apartment (satellite TV, air conditioning/heating, DVD player, CD player, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven & hob, microwave, iron and board, hair dryer) with two twin-bedded rooms (can be set up as double), one with ensuite fully tiled bathroom, a separate shower and toilet, private terrace with patio furniture.
This is an ideal apartment for a family holiday or, for keen golfers, an absolute heaven. Located in Spain’s “Golf Valley”, there are plenty of other golf courses in the area, but La Tercia Golf is right on your doorstep! The restaurant and bar at the clubhouse can be used whether you play golf or not.
The apartment is ideally placed for those wishing to be away from the crowds on the Costa Blanca, but nevertheless only twenty minutes from some of the finest beaches in Spain, and within easy reach of Murcia city, the historic Roman port of Cartagena and the enchanting water play ground of the Mar Menor, as well as some of the most dramatic and unspoilt mountain countryside further inland. It is bordered by a Natural Park. The typically Spanish local town of Sucina is only a few minutes drive away and there you will find a wealth of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and banks.
