How to Qualify for the 25% Discounted Rate or other Special Discounts?
Payment Information
- Payment can be made in pounds sterling or euros. (see Currency Converter below in the right hand column. Note: in some browsers, you may need to get the Adobe Flash Player)
- A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.
- The full balance is required 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday. If your holiday starts within that period, the full amount is due when booking.

Do you need to pay for anything else?
- Cleaning cost, payable to the keyholder on arrival:
1-2 people: 55 euros per visit
3-4 people: 65 euros per visit - 125 pounds security deposit, payable with the balance, to cover damages. This will be refunded to you within 14 days of the end of your holiday once the keyholder confirms all is in order.
- If you wish we can arrange for a ‘welcome pack’ of essential food items to be at the house on your arrival for an additional 15 euros. This is very useful if you are arriving late.
- A midweek cleaning and linen change can be arranged on request. This will be payable at the apartment.
- Golf should be booked separately and can be done in advance of your visit.
Additional Information
- The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival, and fresh bed linen and kitchen, bath and hand towels provided. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
- Dates are shown as Saturday to Saturday.
- Other days for arrival and departure can be arranged subject to availability.
- Longer or shorter stays can be arranged subject to availability.
- Normal arrival time is 4pm.
- Please vacate the apartment by 10am on day of departure. However when possible we will try to accommodate alternative times. Please contact us for details.
- Longer lets of 1 to 6 months can be arranged at attractive rates. Details on request.
- Last-minute weekend breaks can also be arranged, subject to availability
Cancellations
We suggest you take out independent insurance to allow for unexpected cancellation of your holiday. Refund is subject to re-letting the property.
Please note: Should you choose not to proceed with the holiday before full payment is due the deposit is not returnable.
No Availability?
If the week you wish to book is not available we may be able to pass you on to another owner at La Tercia. We cannot guarantee features and prices at other apartments. These will be negotiated at time of booking.

Can be arranged at reasonable rates if you do not wish to hire a car.
Baby and Child Equipment
These can be hired and delivered to the apartment ready for your use on arrival.
